Return Eligibility
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request, unless otherwise stated in the product description. For issues beyond the 7-day window, please reach out to the product manufacturer directly.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
To qualify for a return, your item must fall under one of the following categories:
1. Defective Items (Under Warranty)
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty to cover manufacturing defects. If the item is proven to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will provide a replacement of the same item free of charge.
However, the warranty does NOT cover the following:
- Damage caused by incorrect wiring or electrical connections
- Improper installation or misuse
- Modifications to the board, such as soldering, adding components, or altering circuits
- Physical damage due to drops, impact, water exposure, or short circuits
- Use of incompatible power supplies or overvoltage
- Tampering with components, traces, or warranty seals
To return a defective item, please ensure:
- It is in its original packaging
- All accessories and components are intact
- A description of the issue and proof of purchase are provided
Mishandled or Damaged Shipments
If your item was damaged in transit, you may request a return as long as the packaging is unopened and the seal is intact. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and shipping box.
Incorrect Items Received
If you received a product different from what you ordered, you may return it as long as:
- The product is unopened
- The original seal must be intact
We will promptly send a replacement once the return is verified.
If the 7-Day Return Window Has Passed
If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, your item may no longer qualify for return through MakerPH Electronics. However, if the item is still under a manufacturer’s warranty, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly.

Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, our Quality Control team will process your request within 7 business days. If the item is approved under our return or warranty policy, we will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation.
You will receive an update via email or message once your return is processed.
