BTS7960 43A High-Power Motor Driver
The BTS7960 is a professional-grade, highly integrated high-current half-bridge motor driver for motor control applications. Part of the NovalithIC™ family, this module combines a p-channel high-side MOSFET and an n-channel low-side MOSFET with a dedicated driver IC in one package.
It is an ideal choice for robotics and industrial automation where high-current PWM control is required. Its unique p-channel high-side switch design eliminates the need for a charge pump, significantly reducing Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).
