As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize our store's performance, streamline operations, and give you a cleaner, more reliable experience, we are officially migrating our rewards system to a brand-new, lightweight framework.

If you’ve noticed the site loading a bit snappier lately, this upgrade is a major reason why! We’ve stripped away heavy background database clutter to focus entirely on what matters most: keeping your rewards accurate, lightning-fast, and natively built right into your account dashboard.

Here is the full breakdown of how this new system works, the advantages it brings to you, and how your current points are moving over.

🚀 The Advantages: What’s Changing & Why It’s Better

• Zero Points Expiration: We are completely removing points expiration. Moving forward, your active points are yours to keep indefinitely—no ticking clocks, sudden resets, or pressure to spend before you are ready.
• Earn Points Even on Reward Orders: Under the old system, if you used a coupon on an order, you couldn't earn any new points on that checkout. With our new system, even if you redeem a reward coupon, you will still earn points on the remaining cash balance of your order, helping you climb back up the ranks faster!
• A Clean, Native Interface: The old, distracting floating launcher widget is gone. Instead, you'll find a clean, beautifully integrated Rewards tab embedded directly into your native My Account profile menu.

📐 Streamlining to our New 2-Tier System
To keep our database lean and fast, we are condensing our previous four-level setup into two highly focused, tech-branded tiers. Just like before, your level is determined strictly by your current, remaining active wallet points.

Our baseline conversion rate remains exactly the same: 100 Points = ₱1. Here is how our previous point ranges map onto the new system:

Level 1: The Circuit Artisan (0 to 9,999 Points)

• How it maps: This tier covers everyone who was previously in The Breadboarder (0–8,000 points), as well as the lower half of our previous The Circuit Weaver tier.
• The Perks: Everyone here receives a solid baseline earning rate of ₱1 spent = 1 Point (a clean 1% cashback equivalent).

Level 2: The System Architect (10,000+ Points)

• How it maps: We are significantly lowering the barrier to entry for our top tier! Previously, you needed 80,000 points to be an Architect, and 22,001 to 79,999 points to be an Integrator. Now, you unlock our ultimate milestone title, The System Architect, at just 10,000 points!

• The Perks: Architects earn points at an accelerated 1.5× multiplier (₱1 spent = 1.5 Points) for a generous 1.5% cashback equivalent on your bench supplies!

💡 Managing Your Ranks (The Familiar "Buffer" Rule)
Since our tiering system still looks at your live active wallet balance rather than lifetime earnings, the exact same strategy you used in the past applies here:

If you are a System Architect sitting at 12,000 points and you decide to redeem a ₱50 coupon (which costs 5,000 points), your balance will drop to 7,000 points. This will temporarily return you to a Circuit Artisan until your balance crosses the 10,000-point line again.

To keep your 1.5× earning multiplier active, remember to build up a safe point "buffer" before cashing in your rewards! Because you now earn points on the remaining cash balance of a reward order, rebuilding that buffer is faster and easier than ever before.

🔍 Head's Up on Past History Logs
We have safely migrated your live active point balances directly into the new system, so your current "wallet" total is fully intact.

However, because the old plugin stored past transaction records in a completely different database layout, your past itemized historical log timeline will start fresh today. Rest assured, your Current Available Points are completely accurate.

We actually have exactly 7 power users whose active balances have already cleared the new 10,000-point mark and are launching directly into the System Architect tier today—congratulations to our inaugural Architects!
